Each year is a new challenge to create something similar but unique to showcase the beautiful turn of the century mansion that The Woman’s Forum calls home.

Duke & Puccini, a Dachshund and a Yorkie

This portrait was a really fun one. Sometimes dogs aren’t very cooperative about having their picture taken, and it’s even more difficult to get a good picture of two dogs together. I put this together from a couple of different pictures to get a flattering portrait of both dogs.

American Traditional House in Lakewood

This 9×12 watercolor was done as a home buyer gift for a real estate agent. It was a difficult house to photograph. I took a lot of pictures before I found the right angle for the painting.

Spanish Colonial on Turtle Creek

This stunning Mediterranean manor was really difficult to photograph because it is east-facing and predominately white. That means in the morning it’s bathed in sunlight to the point that there is no shadows to help define the architecture, but in the afternoon it’s completely in shadow.
